Would you like to teach in the
Master of Arts in Liberal Studies Program?

“The enthusiasm of the faculty was apparent and contagious, setting an overall tone for the class which resulted in lively, informative presentations and discussion.  Whereas undergraduate programs tend to emphasize a broad range of knowledge, the MALS program encourages a more selective approach, focusing on a deeper understanding of chosen aspects of a subject area.  I recommend this program for anyone who delights in not the answers that a good education can provide, but the infinite questioning that it provokes.”
~ Wake Forest University MALS Alum

We are inviting proposals for courses for the coming academic year – Fall 2010, Spring 2011, Summer 2011.  Instructors may either be paid $6000 directly or can arrange with their home department to teach the MALS course as part of their normal teaching load. Proposals are due January 22, 2010
